General Information

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Products are subject to availability and will be substituted to equal value and quality where an item is not available. Please note that all food products have an expiry date, which is clearly labelled on the outside of the packaging of each product. This is a requirement of Victorian Food Manufacturing Laws.

Delivery

We offer an Australia-wide delivery service. For all interstate deliveries to NSW, TAS, QLD, SA please allow up to 3 working days. For interstate deliveries to NT & WA please allow up to 5 working days. For next day hamper delivery in VIC all orders must be placed before 12.00pm, otherwise allow 2 working days.

Delivery charges are not included in the price and will be calculated based on the product you select and the destination you are sending to.

It is the purchasers responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping and billing address details. To ensure an error free delivery process it is essential that the recipients details are correct. If a gift cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address an extra courier fee will be charged for re-direction.

Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed and Baskets Hampers & Gifts does not offer a delivery service on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

Gift Cards

Baskets Hampers & Gifts provides a complimentary gift card service. Simply provide your message when you checkout and our staff will ensure to add your card with your order.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the spelling of the recipients name and contact details are correct. Baskets Hampers & Gifts will not be held responsible for incorrectly spelt names and incorrect address details.

Refund Policy

Baskets Hampers & Gifts will refund monies paid or issue a credit note in the case of:

-Non delivery due our error or our suppliers error.
-Incorrect order delivered due to our error.
-Expired or faulty products received.

** Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and will only be considered once the hamper has been returned to Baskets Hampers & Gifts.

Exchange Policy

Baskets Hampers & Gifts will exchange items and be responsible for additional delivery charges, in the case of:

-Incorrect order delivered due to our error.
-Expired products received.
-Faulty or broken items received.

** Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and will only be considered once the hamper has been returned to Baskets Hampers & Gifts.

Sale of Liquor

VIC Liquor Control Reform Act 1998:
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 for Victoria, it is an offence:

To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor

All Hampering Around gift hampers containing alcohol are only available for purchase by persons aged over 18 years.
